As Head of Department, Jimmy De Rozario @ Abdul Rahman is responsible for the strategic direction of the University of Technology Sarawak Human Capital Department. A graduate from the University Putra Malaysia In Human Resource Development and had served both in public and private sectors for over 25 years before joining the University in April 2014. Received AMC (Accredited Management Consultant) from Global Academy Of Finance And Management and is presently a qualified consultant on management matters including HR after receiving professional certificate from American Academy Of Project Management carrying the title of CHRA (Chartered Human Resources Analyst). Also a qualified trainer after obtaining Certification In Training from HRDF (Human Resource Development Fund).

NURFAEZAH BINTI SHARIF
Nurfaezah Binti sharif is Senior Executive working at University of Technology Sarawak, Human Capital Department since 2014 under Human Capital Management unit. She is a degree holder of a Bachelor in Human Resource Development from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). She is responsible for recruitment and staff payroll and also Human Capital Department office management.
